We want every Shop2Save order to arrive safely and without surprises.
Order processing
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during public holidays, major promotions or periods of unusually high demand.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been dispatched and are estimates rather than guarantees. Remote locations and carrier delays may add extra time.
Shipping costs
Available shipping methods and any charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Eligible orders over $50 receive free standard shipping where the offer is available.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
Address changes
Please check your shipping details carefully. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment has begun.
Delays or missing parcels
If tracking has not moved for several business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, check around the property and with household members before contacting us through the Contact Us page. Please include your order number.
