Returns and exchanges
We want you to feel confident shopping with Shop2Save. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals and proof of purchase included. For hygiene and safety reasons, personal-care goods, opened consumables, gift cards and final-sale items may not be returnable unless faulty or required by law.
Start a return
Contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason. Wait for return instructions before sending anything. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Return shipping
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we state otherwise. Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an eligible item is to request a return and place a new order once the return is approved. Availability cannot be guaranteed.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
